 What is your return and exchange policy?

    Porte-à-Vie excepts returns and exchanges of product within 30 days of delivery that are:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items
    • Still have their Porte-à-Vie tag attached
    • Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact  

    Porte-à-Vie will not except returns or exchanges of opened and/or used Adult Toys, Lubricants, Personal Moisturisers, Massage Candles, Body Oils and Fragrances for hygiene reasons. Similarly, G-Strings, Thongs, Briefs, Bodysuits and all Bracli pearl thongs, briefs and bodysuits will not be refunded or exchanged. 

    Items purchased from the Outlet or on sale are FINAL and cannot be refunded; exchanges and store credit are accepted as per conditions above.

    How do I know what size to buy?

     All our lingerie varies slightly to standard Australian sizes. We have listed product measurements for each specific item: cross-reference these with our online size guide and you should gain an accurate idea of your size. If you’re unsure at any stage please email and we will be delighted to help you. 

     How do I apply discounts and promotions during checkout?

      When finalising your order in PayPal (as a guest or using your PayPal account), you will be prompted for your credit card details and shipping information. Once you have added this information click review and continue. Review your order summary in PayPal (make sure your shipping information is correct), click continue and you'll be directed to our secure checkout page, now you can enter your discount code and select your shipping method. 

       Do you sell gift vouchers?

        We do indeed, choosing what others want is fun, but sometimes difficult. Our beautiful gift vouchers have a 12-month expiry date allowing for ongoing gratification.

        They cannot be used to buy more gift vouchers, have no cash redemption value, and are not transferable or assignable.

        We understand that sometimes you want a little more; if the order amount exceeds your gift voucher’s value, the balance can easily be paid by Paypal or credit card.

        The more the better, right? One or more gift vouchers can be redeemed against an order. And yes, you can combine a gift voucher with a promotion code or other offer.

        The item I wanted to buy is no longer available? Help.

          There is nothing worse than not getting what you want, but if you’re not quick some items do sell out. If you miss out, be sure to email us at and we will place you on our wait-list. When we get a new shipment we will notify you immediately. Remember, good things come to those who wait.  

          What method of payment can I use?

            We accept payment via Paypal and all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer Google Pay, Apple Pay, Zippay and Afterpay.

We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. All pages that require personal information or payment details on our website are secure and you will find our trust badge on our home page that authenticates this.

               Are batteries included?

                Don’t worry you can start playing, right away. At Porte-à-Vie we don’t want to keep you waiting; if the product you purchase requires batteries they will be supplied. However, most of our toys can be charged. A care card is also included with particular items.
