CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PAID FOR IT?

Please be advised that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel a delivery.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Goods must have all original tags attached. We do not accept returns of pleasure items, lubricant & body oils, g-strings, thongs, pearl lingerie, fragrance and candles, unless faulty or damaged. Items purchased from the outlet or on sale are FINAL and cannot be refunded; exchanges and store credit are accepted as per conditions above.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

Returns are processed via our returns centre. Please provide your order number and e-mail address to lodge a return. Once approved, you will receive e-mail confirmation with return instructions inclusive of an individual RMA number.

A refund will be made by crediting your account via your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs.

We recommend any returns are sent via recorded or registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post. Any goods returned from outside of Australia must be clearly marked on customs declaration as "RETURNS" to prevent custom charges being incurred. Failure to do this will result in Porte à Vie reserving the right to refuse the product, or re-charge all associated costs back to you.
