Porte-à-Vie is looking for a vibrant and hard-working Digital Content Assistant to join our fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment, based in Sydney, Australia. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse data across sales and social media channels to inform buying, marketing and PR decisions
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with various publications and media personalities
  • Liaise with external agencies on SEO, SEM and Facebook advertising to ensure deliverables are being met to the agreed upon targets
  • Design all marketing and website collateral. Includes EDMs, Instagram Stories, Instagram posts, Facebook advertising imagery, event invitations, postcards, swing tags, press releases and lookbooks
  • Assist with the organisation and management of events, including trunk shows, launches, press days and pop-up shops
  • Assist with the organisation and management of e-commerce and campaign photoshoots
  • Assist with day to day operations including order fulfilment, administrative tasks, e-commerce tasks
  • Assist with social media management and marketing


  • Previous experience working in marketing, e-commerce, fashion or design preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Adobe Suite - Photoshop and InDesign essential
  • Shopify
  • Mailchimp
