Scarlett Stevens is the 26 year old singer/drummer from the indie band San Cisco. Raised in Fremantle Western Australia, Scarlett is very much on brand for us. Opinionated, pushing boundaries but in a sophisticated well thought out way and sexy as hell.

Stevens starred in our latest campaign "Weekend at the Mansion", shot by Olivia Senior.

I think it was this comment made by Stevens in an interview with Russh Magazine that grabbed my attention. As one of the sexiest individuals I’ve known it was interesting to hear that it is in fact women that inspire this 5ft 2 bombshell.

At Porte-à-Vie we are attempting to challenge personas, especially around sex and being sexy. Scarlett epitomises this. Scarlett is the sister you wish you grew up with, the bff you dream of and the lover men obsess over. To put it plainly – she’s ‘bringing sexy back’ with the perfect recipe of ego, independence and humility.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE STYLES OF LINGERIE?

Depends what mood I’m in but I definitely prefer something more understated. High waisted and black for bottoms and a simple underwire bra with a hint of lace on top. 

WHAT WOULD YOU NEVER BE CAUGHT DEAD IN?

Those real fur vests with the fluffy tails attached! 

DO YOU WEAR LINGERIE FOR YOURSELF OR FOR YOUR LOVER?

Both! I think it’s important to have rituals that you do for yourself, that make you feel good. If I feel good in what I’m wearing then that definitely permeates my relationship. 

WHAT IS YOUR BOUDOIR ESSENTIAL?

I have this dry body oil that I bought in Paris, it smells amazing and looks like something Marie Antoinette would have had in her boudoir.

DO YOU HAVE A FRAGRANCE THAT MAKES YOU FEEL ESPECIALLY SEXY? 

I am really drawn to more typically masculine smelling scents. Anything with notes of amber, sandalwood, leather. At the moment I am loving Le Gant by Byredo.
